1. Who we are
These terms apply when you buy from puffstudios.co.uk.

2. These terms
Placing an order means you accept these terms. We may change them, but the version that applies to your order is the one live when you place it.
3. Your order
Our site is an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy from us.
You'll get an email acknowledging your order. That isn't acceptance. A contract exists once we send you a dispatch confirmation.
If we can't accept your order it's out of stock, we've spotted a pricing error, or we can't verify payment we'll tell you and refund you in full.
4. Our products
We do everything we can to show our products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens. Garment measurements carry a tolerance of ±1cm.
Our pieces are released in limited runs. Once a run sells out we may not restock it.
5. Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Payment is taken when you place your order.
If we spot an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we'll ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Delivery
We deliver in the UK and internationally. Times and costs are on our Shipping page.
Delivery times are estimates. If we haven't delivered within 30 days of the contract, you can cancel for a full refund.
International orders may attract import duties and taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and payable by you.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we've been paid in full.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. How to do it, how long you have to send it back, and how refunds work are all set out on our Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Faulty goods
Goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

9. Our liability
We're responsible for foreseeable loss and damage we cause. We're not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses these terms cover supply for domestic and private use only.
We don't limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights in relation to the goods.
10. Things outside our control
We're not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If one happens we'll contact you, and if the delay is substantial you can cancel and be refunded for anything you haven't received.
11. Our intellectual property
The PUFF name, logo, designs, graphics, photography and copy belong to us. You can't reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission.
12. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us immediately if you think someone else is using it.
13. Complaints
Email info@puffstudios.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 14.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings there.
