PUFF. We're a UK streetwear brand, and we believe clothes should look like you, not like what's trending.
We've been into fashion since we were kids. Two siblings who never grew out of it. PUFF is where that obsession finally goes.
Who it's for
People who move differently. Creatives, artists, athletes, anyone who was never much good at doing things the expected way.
If you think of what you wear as an extension of who you are, you're in the right place.
We'd rather you stood out on purpose.
What we stand for
Everything is 100% cotton & released in small runs.
That's not a scarcity trick. We'd rather make fewer things properly than lots of things quickly, and we'd like the people making them to be treated well while they do it.
Shipping
We ship from the UK. We're a startup and we get your order out as soon as possible.

All orders placed before 1pm on a working day go out the same day where we can. All times are from dispatch, not from when you order. If you hear nothing within 3 working days, email us.
Import duties
Orders outside the UK may be charged duties or customs fees on arrival. That depends on your country. We can't calculate or refund them. If it matters to you, worth checking before you order.
Something gone wrong?
Email us at info@puffstudios.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it down.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know. No reason needed.
How it works
Email info@puffstudios.co.uk with your order number. A real person will get back to you, usually within 1 to 2 working days, with the return address and next steps.
Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back, so nothing gets lost.
Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to get it back to us.
Condition
You can try it on. But if it comes back washed or without tags, we may adjust the refund to reflect that.
Return postage
Yours to cover, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Use a tracked service. It's your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds
When your return arrives we'll check it and email you to confirm.
Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving it, or proof of postage, whichever comes first. Standard delivery is included. Upgraded shipping isn't.
Faulty or wrong items
Email us at info@puffstudios.co.uk with your order number and a photo.
- If it's within 14 days of delivery, we'll give you a full refund, no question.
- If it's within 6 months, we'll repair or replace it. If we can't, we'll refund you.
- We cover return postage on anything faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
At this stage we don't do exchanges yet. Return it and place a new order. This would be easier for the two of us.
